Definitions“We/Us”: KnowYourGov (a private, civil initiative) and its affiliates.“You/User”: Anyone who accesses or uses the App.“Confidential Information”: All non-public data, including App source code, design, business plans, user data, feedback, and any information marked or understood to be confidential.

‍3. Confidentiality Obligations:Non-Disclosure: You will protect Confidential Information with at least the same care as your own and not disclose it to third parties.
